William Sandberg, CEP
President and Founder
Will founded Utah Senior Planning with the vision of making it easier for seniors and veterans to access public benefits. Since 2007, he has been a pioneer in Medicaid planning in the state of Utah. He is a certified estate planner, an avid BYU fan, and a father of three.
Landon Sandberg, JD
Executive Vice President
Working along side his brother Will, Landon has helped to establish Utah Senior Planning as an innovative leader in long-term care planning. He has been instrumental in the company’s growth.
Landon earned his Juris Doctorate from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa. He specializes in Medicaid planning, both pre-planning and crisis. Landon is also a V.A. Accredited Attorney.
Casey Stettler, JD
V.A. Accredited Attorney
Casey spends the majority of his time working with veterans and their spouses. He is a frequent lecturer on V.A. non-service connected pension benefits.
Casey attended Drake University School of Law and received his Juris Doctorate degree in December 2013.
Zach Bloxham, JD
Attorney at Law
Zach heads our appellate division, arguing on behalf of client interests. He counsels on areas of administrative law and policy — with an emphasis in Medicaid policy and Veteran benefits. Zach is a V.A. Accredited Attorney.
He is a member of the Utah Bar Constitutional Law Section and the Utah Bar Appellate Section. Zach received his Juris Doctorate from Gonzaga University School of Law.
Long-Term Care Medicaid Advisor
Prior to his position as a Long-Term Care Medicaid Adviser, Anthony served as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal expert in the U.S. Air Force. A veteran of the Iraq War, Anthony is passionate about helping fellow veterans, as well as seniors, through the application process for public benefits from both the Department of Veteran Affairs and state Medicaid assistance.
Anthony earned dual degrees in Philosophy and English from Weber State University. He has been with the company since 2013.
Riley began working at Utah Senior Planning in 2013 as a receptionist and moved to Case Management within a year. She enjoys helping seniors achieve their goals of obtaining state benefits and is well versed in the rules and requirements of Long-term Medicaid.
A lifelong resident of Utah, Riley lives in Layton with her husband and twin girls. She is avid reader and movie buff.
Janet keeps our office running smoothly, providing secretarial and customer service work. She is an integral part of the Utah Senior Planning team and assures that all of our employees have the necessities to assist our customers with anything they might ask. Janet is an Utah native and enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren.
Hailing from Ohio, Ms. Armbruster speaks to clients and provides a liaison between our office and those customers and facilities we serve. Valarie is a member of the United States Air Force.
A recent graduate of Weber State University, where he played collegiate hockey, Cody assists our team by providing training in business efficiency and customer service.
Ben "Big Honk" Frye
Benjamin graduated from Weber State University with a Bachelor of Integrated studies emphasizing in English, Communications, and Legal Studies. Before beginning his career with Utah Senior Planning as an Account Manager, Benjamin served as an intern in the Attorney General’s Office during the 2017 Legislative Session. His favorite pass time is doing anything that allows him to spend time with his wife, Katie and their three children, Cohen, Asa, and Maisie. His enthusiasm and passion for his job has made Benjamin a great addition to the team.
Kelly "Big Pizza" White
Meagan began her work with Utah Senior Planning as a Case Manager in April of 2016. She is experienced in reviewing financial records and is proficient in Long-Term Medicaid rules and requirements.
A Utah native, Meagan graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English from Weber State University in 2015. She enjoys reading, writing, move-going, and spending time with friends and family.
